First Annual First Step Winter Fishing Derby Reeling for Recovery!
Begins at midnight Friday night until noon on Sunday!
Join us for the First Step Winter Fishing Derby, a community event bringing together neighbors, friends, and families for a day of fishing, fun, and friendly competition. Whether you’re chasing the big catch or just enjoying the time spent together, this derby is all about coming out, connecting, and supporting a good cause.
Fish categories are Northern Pike, Walleye, Lake Trout, and Perch, each with multiple divisions.
Prizes for each category:
• 1st Place – $300

This is you First Step Winter Fishing Derby Ticket 2026. Present this ticket at the Award Ceremony to be eligible for prizes and lunch. A valid VT fishing license is required to participate in the derby - be sure to review all the rules located on the website www.firststeprecoveryhouseinc.org. Fish responsibly and enjoy the competition!
